AFK Subscriber Multi (Sep 2026)
On September 16, 2026 the official Discord #sneaks channel introduced a new idle mechanic, AFK Subscriber Multi — a multiplier that grows the longer you stay AFK. Here is exactly what was announced, how it behaves, and what is still unknown.
The official announcement
“Introducing AFK Subscriber Multi! Increases the longer you stay AFK, only resets if you leave and saves during auto-reconnects or server updates! 🔥 Active on new servers currently”
The attached screenshot shows the in-game UI: an “AFK Sub Multiplier: 1.01x” readout with the note “Resets if you leave”, above a progress bar styled with a YouTube icon. A follow-up from the developer twenty-seven minutes later (“Reset ✅”) confirmed the reset rule as described.
How it works
- It grows while you stay AFK. The longer an uninterrupted AFK session runs, the higher the multiplier climbs — starting from 1.01x.
- Leaving is the only reset. The multiplier drops only if you leave the server. Staying in is what preserves it.
- Disconnects you don’t choose are safe. Per the announcement, the multiplier saves during auto-reconnects and server updates — being kicked by a reconnect or an update restart does not wipe your progress.
- New servers only (for now). “Active on new servers currently” — servers created after the September 16 update have the system; expect it to reach all servers as older ones rotate.
What is not known (yet)
The official post does not spell out the numbers: the growth rate per AFK minute, the multiplier cap, and the exact stat it boosts (the name and the “AFK Sub Multiplier” UI label point at subscriber gains while AFK, but the announcement itself never says). Until the developer publishes those details, treat every specific value as unverified — this page will be updated when they surface.
Why it matters for donations
AFK streaming is already the backbone of the money loop (see earn donations fast). A multiplier that rewards uninterrupted AFK time stacks directly on top of that routine: park at a desk, stay in the server, and let the multiplier climb between manual streams. If you have to step away, staying connected in-game keeps the multiplier — closing the game is what throws it away.
